Cancellation of Orders / Refund:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

There will be NO refund for cancellations of orderIf a cancellation is requested after the order has been delivered, no refund can be issued.


Change of Order:

  • We accept changes to an order for the next delivery, without imposing any cancellation fees.
  • Same-day delivery orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed.
  • Please call or WhatsApp us at 0111-10910268 to make changes to an order that has not been processed.

Incorrect Delivery Information:

  • We do not accept cancellations for orders where incorrect receiver's delivery information is provided, such as the wrong office or home address.
  • If incorrect information is provided, please provide us with the correct information so that we can ensure proper delivery.
  • Extra delivery fees may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

Responsibility for Flower Care:

  • If the buyer picks up the flower product but plans to send it to the recipient on a later day, the buyer is responsible for keeping the flowers fresh.
  • We will not be liable for any neglect or mistreatment of the flowers by the buyer.
  • It is important to keep the flowers in a cold and well-ventilated area and avoid suffocating, hot, damp, or sun-exposed environments.
  • There will be no refund in such situations.

Recipient Refusal:

  • We are not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the item.
  • No refunds will be provided if the recipient, for any reason, does not accept the item or refuses delivery.

Return Policy:

  • All goods sold, including flowers, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the products.
  • Returns will only be accepted if we have sent you the incorrect products.
  • You must notify us of any errors on the day of delivery for returns to be considered.
  • We will arrange for the incorrect goods to be returned at no charge, and the correct goods will be delivered immediately without additional postage charges.

Damaged Goods:

  • If products are damaged upon delivery, you must notify us on the day of delivery via WhatsApp or phone.
  • We may request images of the original goods for our records.
  • Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or if images have not been provided.

Undelivered Orders:

  • If a customer claims an order was not delivered, we will investigate the issue promptly.
  • We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if necessary.
  • If we determine that the delivery attempt was not made, we will offer either a refund or re-delivery.
